Puerto Cayo offers many homesites for sale with varying prices according to location, waterfront lots are of course higher priced. New housing communities are being developed, and offer villas and single family homes with prices ranging from about $100,000, to beautiful homes on the beach priced in the $millions. The miles of sandy beaches, great fishing, snorkeling, jungles and eco-farms all make Puerto Cayo special.

Other than beaches and fishing, there is not much here, Puerto Cayo is underdeveloped, there are a few small shops for basic needs.
