Greentrees Village is a 55+ manufactured and modular home community located in the coastal city of Florence, Oregon, with each of the 567 lots individually owned. The many amenities include a clubhouse, a recreation hall that hosts classes and social events, tennis and bocce courts, and swimming pools.  Florence is home to a library, hospital, marinas, a community college, an event center, and a casino. The city also offers a lot of outdoor recreation including boating and fishing. The Rhody Bus picks up residents at the clubhouse several times a day.
