Kala Point is a very large and wooded community on Port Townsend Bay in Washington, that is managed by the Kala Point Owners Association, along with separate neighborhoods that govern and maintain their own common areas.  Homeowners have access to 1.25 miles of waterfront with a beach, dock, and boat ramp. Other amenities include tennis, pickle ball, bocce, pool, and barbecue, open areas and greenbelts, and a clubhouse with activity room and kitchen. The community is made several individual associations offering townhouses, condos and timeshares.
