PDX Commons is an urban cohousing community located in one of Portland Oregon�s most walkable neighborhoods. It is comprised of condominium-style units which include rooftop gardens and patios. Built on the principles of cohousing, residents share facilities for socializing, meals, and taking care of community business together. Amenities include a library and lounge area, a media and music room, multipurpose room for exercise equipment and crafts, a workshop, bike and laundry rooms, two guest rooms, and covered off-street parking.  Residents can walk to nearby shopping, restaurants and theaters.
