London also offers a national health care system for all residents.

The January average temperature is about 40 degrees with snow occuring every so often, July's average is 65 degrees. London gets about 24 inches of rain each year.

London is home to four World Heritage Sites which include the Tower of London, Kew Gardens, the Palace of Westminister, and Saint Margaret's Church. Other famous landmarks are Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, and Trafalgar Square.

The crime rate here is hard to pinpoint as London is made up of 33 boroughs each keeping their own crime records. As with all large cities, there are neighborhoods that are much safer than others so you would need to do your homework.

The National Health Service provides care to all residents with several facilities throughout the city.
Transportation
London boasts several modes of transportaion including the Tube, the oldest and one of the longest metro systems in the world, buses, trams, and a major international airport hub. Cycling is also a popular way to get around.
