Lincoln Prairie by Del Webb is located in Aurora, Illinois, about 40 miles west of Chicago. The new community will offer several ranch-style home designs for singles and couples, which includes a fiber network for internet, and the option to add a second floor. The hub of the community will be a 17,600 square foot clubhouse that will house an indoor pool, aerobics studio, and billiard room. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts, along with walking trails. Lincoln Prairie also offers quick access to dining and shopping, entertainment and medical care.
