Village Hill Cohousing is a new community located in Northampton, Massachusetts, close to downtown and Smith College. The community sits on six acres surrounded by conservation land and nature trails, and is made up of 28 energy-efficient homes and residents who wish to lead a life centered in community involvement and ecological sustainability. Amenities include a Common House with guest rooms, green space, playground and community gardens.  Downtown Northampton, which is within walking and biking distance,  and features restaurants, arts, music, and education.
