Austin Manor, on the campus of Ohio Wesleyan University, offers the nation's only intergenerational university housing. This former dorm was converted into 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, where residents have access to campus activities as well as the opportunity to live among vital young college students. This former student residence has been converted into a learning community for alumni, professors, friends of the University, and a select group of students. Residents enjoy full use of the college's athletic and library facilities, along with cultural and sporting events, and have the opportunity to audit college courses.
