Wellstone Creekside near Chattanooga appears to be a project on hold as of early 2010. Loans for the project were called in 2008 so it is unclear with this maintenance-free, active adult condominium community in Chattanooga will be finished. Creekside was planned to be an intimate community; only 100 single-level condominium homes with more space, more options, more luxury than any other condominium neighborhood within a hundred miles.
