Wynnmere is a small community targeted to empty-nesters who no longer desire the work and worry of home maintenance and want an affordable and care free active adult lifestyle. The community consists of thirty-six single family and duplex units with first floor primary living space, and offers a convenient location close to downtown, shopping, doctor's offices, the hospital, theaters, restaurants, skiing and golf courses. More than a third of the project has been retained as an undeveloped area to be enjoyed in perpetuity.
