Pelican Marsh is a golf course community consisting of more than 1,000 acres of lakes, nature preserves and walkways, with several neighborhoods that offer condominiums, and single family homes. Amenities include a community center, fitness center, swimming pool and tennis courts. Although the Pelican Marsh Golf Club offers championship golf along with dining and social events, homeowners are not required to become members of the club. Homes are priced from the $100�s to the $ millions, with beaches, shopping and dining all nearby.
