Sun City Center offers a wide range of housing choices, unlimited recreational activities, and outstanding value. It is a self-contained over-55 community near Tampa, with retail establishments. The approximately 21,000 residents have access to all Community Association facilities for an annual fee. These include indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, athletic fields, tennis courts, arts and crafts rooms, meeting rooms and much more. Most activities are operated by one of the more than 150 clubs. There are numerous golf courses in the community, along with a full-service hospital.
