The Woodlands, a new Del Webb active adult community opening in the spring of 2016, will feature over 500 homes when completed. Plans for the gated community in Woodlands, Texas, include a 11,500 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, indoor pool, coffee bar and cyber cafe. A wide variety of clubs, special interest groups, and classes will also be offered. Outdoors, homeowners will enjoy tennis, bocce, pickleball courts, a resort-style pool, and trails. Home prices will start in the high $200's and range in size from 1,500 square feet to 3,500 square feet.
