What West Neck Villages is like

The Villages at West Neck is the first age 55 or better community that was built in Virginia Beach. There are eight villages built around an Arnold Palmer championship golf course, The Signature at West Neck. Six of the villages contain single family homes and two are composed of condos. At final build out there will be 528 single family homes and 408 condo units with a total resident population of about 1600 people in our community. Homes from 1,600 sq.ft to approximately 3,000 sq.ft. Home prices start in the low $300�s, condos in the low $200's.
