Brays Island is a 5,500-acre shared plantation in the South Carolina Lowcountry,  located between Charleston and Savannah, and north of Beaufort. The sporting community is made up of 325 one-acre homesites, with a large portion of land shared by all owners. It boasts acres of waterways, fields, and woodlands which allows for quail and deer hunting on the plantation, golf, an equestrian center, miles of trails, and a shooting center, along with a nature center and farm with a full-time naturalist.  Homeowners also have access to boating, guided fishing, and community docks.
